Conditions

• In the high season, we prefer Saturday and Sunday as arrival and departure day.
• Prices are per day and per apartment.
• The above prices are per apartment from 4 days, otherwise we charge the high season rate
• The local tax is added to the price indicated. The charge is collected on arriving.
• Check-In is at 2.30 pm. On the day of departure, the apartment is available until 10.00 am. If you arrive after 7 pm, we are looking forward to hearing from you.
• Dogs 12,00 € per day
• Use of washing machine 5 € per wash, a drying line is available on the balcony.
• Bread rolls for breakfast can be ordered until 17:00.
• Hiking poles, rucksacks, sledges and ice skates are available to guests. We also have a ski and drying room for boots.
• If required and for a fee, we can pick guests up from the train station or Bolzano airport.
• On request, we can accompany guests on a hiking tour.
• Barbecue evening with guests on request.
• The common rooms (cellar and terrace) are available to guests at all times.
• In case of late arrival or early departure, the agreed price will be charged in full for the entire reservation period.
• The following cancellation conditions apply to us: Your booking is confirmed after receipt of an anchoring. This will be withheld in case of cancellation. In the case of a cancellation up to 4 weeks prior to arrival we charge 30%, up to two weeks before 50% and from 1 week before departure 100% of the total amount.
• We recommend the completion of a travel cancellation insurance.
• Payment: We accept payment in cash or advance payment.
• When booking, we ask for a deposit of 300 €.
